Digital Archiving Policy

ASSHJ policy on preservation involves the following measures to ensure the availability, accessibility, integrity, longevity, and security of our digital content:

  • Self-Archiving: Authors are allowed and encouraged to deposit their published papers in public, institutional, and other open repositories without any embargo.
  • CLOCKSS Archive: CLOCKSS systems allow us to digitally archive content for long-term archiving.
  • Internet Archive: Our published materials and content are preserved on the Internet.
  • Cloud Storage: All our published content and materials are stored and secured in cloud storage for backup purposes.
  • OJS Archive: All the journal-published content are backed-up and archived by the Open Journal Systems (OJS).
  • LOCKSS Archive: Digital archiving.

These measures ensure the accessibility and longevity of our published digital materials and content.
