Authorship and Ownership
Authorship can be regarded as an originator or creator of a concept or idea. According to the COPE discussion document, an individual or individuals that come up with an idea or conceptualize an idea. Authorship enjoys the legal rights, responsibilities, and privileges in an academic environment with acknowledgment through citation and referencing. The authorship rights, privileges, and responsibilities are used in promotions, career growth, and rewards.
Our authors are responsible for the items specified on the guidelines at the time of authorship while the guidelines are provided by the publishers and make the process transparent and appropriate to use. However, authors should ensure that each work is original and no violation of copyright.
Before publication, the authors sign a publication agreement declaring:
- All authors satisfied authorship requirements as stated in the authorship policy.
- That no eligible author in the paper (publication) is omitted.
- Author/s take all integrity responsibility of the paper (publication).
- All the authors contributed to the paper (publication).
