The call for papers is open throughout the year. Papers can be submitted at any time of the year. However, the publication is semiannual (2 times per year). Publication is done whenever an article is ready to be published.

The new publication frequency began in June 2023.

Authors can submit their manuscripts at any time of the year using the submission system or email.
